Eat & Drink

Our approach to food is a simple one: make it fresh, delicious and authentic. Our counter top is piled high with baked goodness courtesy of Katie and Stu’s kitchen crew create tasty dishes from our daily menus. We stock a carefully selected range of drinks and use our own house blend of Hawthorne Coffee through our lovely La Marzocco.

Breakfast and lunch service 7 days a week.
Monday – Friday: 6.45am-2.00pm
Saturday-Sunday: 8.00am-2.00pm.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is the place where the magic happens. While we offer a number of classic menu items (think homemade pizzas or eggs benedict), most of our dishes are prepared according to what’s fresh, local and available, so things change often. And we think change is good.

The Counter

Otherwise known as the Maina bakery, our counter is where all of your hopes and dreams come true. It’s where you’ll get cake like it used to be, freshly baked pastries, or a mighty good sandwich. Our baker likes to mix it up (ha!), so it could take some time to try everything. Start now or you’ll never win.

The Coffee

Freshly roasted just for us by our friends down the road at Hawthorne Coffee, Maina uses a delicious blend of beans from five countries. Our coffee is a medium roast, with a sweet, nutty flavour and a bite to the finish. If you like it as much as we do, pop in and grab a bag to take home.
